Stenhousemuir offender chucked brick through mum's window

John McMillan (32) appeared from custody via video link at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted recklessly damaging property by throwing a brick and smashing the window of his mother’s house.

McMillan, 64 Seaforth Road, Langlees, committed the offence in Johnston Avenue, Stenhousemuir, on May 18. He also pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner in Lloyds Pharmacy, Hallam Road, Stenhousemuir, on May 15.

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence and released him on bail until December 17 for reports.
