Sean Jackson (28) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court yesterday having admitted behaving in a threatening manner at a house in Braeview, Stenhousemuir on December 30, 2019.
The court heard no reports had been carried out due to a “breakdown in communication” with social work.
Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence on Jackson, 9 Muirfield Road, Stenhousemuir, until February 18 for a restriction of liberty order assessment and criminal justice social work report.
