Spat on former partner at Larbert hospital
Damian Majer (25) assaulted his former partner by spitting on her head.
Majer, 2C Buchanan Drive, Stirling, committed the offence at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert on September 20 last year. The first offender, who had just discovered his former partner was pregnant and in a new relationship at the time, was admonished.
