Shannon McIntyre (24), 10a Parkview, Stonyburn, had already pleaded guilty to stealing items and assaulting a man in B&M in Stockbridge Retail Park, Linlithgow on May 20, 2017.

She was supposed to turn up for a review of her community order but her solicitor advised her not to come.

Sheriff Derek Livingston fixed a further review for April 15.
