Shoplifter who bit man's hand given chance to complete unpaid work by Falkirk court
Shannon McIntyre (24) stole perfume from a store and then bit a man’s hand.
Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, McIntyre, 38 Ferguson Road, Broxburn, admitted the theft and assault to injury she committed at B&M, Stockbridge Retail Park, Linlithgow, on May 20, 2017.
Placed on a community payback order for the offences, the court heard she had completed some of her unpaid work.
Sheriff Christopher Shead adjourned the case for eight weeks until June 10 for another review of McIntyre’s order.
