Shoplifter in the dock
A drug addict admitted a string of shoplifting charges at Falkirk Sheriff Court last week.
John Craig (45), of 116 Ure Crescent, Bonnybridge, targeted shops in Falkirk between October last year and January. He stole food, alcohol, clothing and toiletries from Poundland, Semi Chem, Asda and Tesco. Sentence was deferred until June for good behaviour and for Craig to comply with a community payback order imposed previously.
