Sentence deferred on Forth Valley man

Sentence on Lee Burt has been deferred for six weeks.

Burt (32), 48 Sprotwen Terrace, Alloa, was self isolating and did not attend Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

He had previously admitted breaching his bail condition not to communicate with a woman on various occasions between November 21 and 25 last year at an address in Bulloch Crescent, Denny.

As a result of him not being present when the case called, Sheriff Mundy deferred sentence until April 30 for his personal appearance.
