Remanded for reports
At Falkirk Sheriff Court on August 8 Michael Muldoon (26), Cromwell Road, Falkirk, admitted threatening his parents and assaulting police officers and had sentence deferred for background reports.
When they were not ready last Thursday because he had not kept appointments with social workers, Sheriff John Mundy remanded him in custody until September 28.
