Paton, 61 Gunn Road, Grangemouth, admitted committing the offence at his home address on July 17 last year. Sheriff Craig Caldwell said he viewed the offence as a “serious attack” by Paton on his partner. He fined Paton £375 and ordered the monetary penalty be paid back at a rate of at least £50 per week.
