Pushed partner into a door
Brian Paton (46) assaulted his partner by hitting her on the body, pushing her into a door and seizing her by the throat.
Paton, 61 Gunn Road, Grangemouth, admitted committing the offence at his home address on July 17 last year. Sheriff Craig Caldwell said he viewed the offence as a “serious attack” by Paton on his partner. He fined Paton £375 and ordered the monetary penalty be paid back at a rate of at least £50 per week.
