Sarah Gallagher, 23, 5 Kenilworth Drive, was unable to attend a scheduled appearance at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday as she’d taken ill.

Gallagher was caught in possession of the class A drug diamorphine at The Howgate Shopping Centre, Falkirk on August 10, 2018 and behaved threateningly by shouting and swearing in the town’s High Street on December 8, 2018.

She then breached a bail condition on March 16, 2019 which prohibited her from entering the same street.

On March 17, 2019, Gallagher had a knife in her possession without reasonable excuse in Kenilworth Drive.

While being searched at Falkirk Police Station that day, she failed to disclose she was in possession of something sharp, namely an uncapped hypodermic needle in a bag.

Gallagher was placed on a community payback order last December.

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence until May 20 for a progress report.
