A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We can confirm a 44-year-old male was arrested in Falkirk town centre on Monday, November 30. The male has been charged with breach of the peace with homophobic and racial aggravations and was also charged with breaching COVID-19 restrictions by travelling between areas at different restriction levels.”The man, who was released on undertaking, is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on January 6.
