Entitled Area-a-Day, the initiative is an outdoor event which will hopefully provide people with access to services they may not have been able to take advantage of through traditional means due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Taking place on Thursday, September 24, police and representatives from the council’s housing, community safety, waste management and trading standards departments will join the Transform Forth Valley organisation in Bowhouse Square from 9am to 11am.

The groups will then move to Newlands Community Hall car park, just off Central Avenue, where they will be available between 11.30am to 1.30pm.

Area-a-Day members will then move to Charlotte Dundas Court from 2pm to 4pm.

There will be strict social distancing in place and numbers at each of the services will be limited.
