Police investigate deliberate fire at Forth Valley rugby club

A deliberate fire which caused extensive damage to equipment at rugby club facility is now being investigated by police.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information regarding a fire raising at Hillfoots Rugby Club, Tillicoultry which occurred between 9pm and 10.15pm on Monday, April 25.

“The fire caused extensive damage to a shipping container, the equipment inside and a motor home parked nearby.”
