A driver had a lucky escape after their car was struck by an object dropped from a bridge in Hallglen.
Police are keen to trace a girl around the age of 10 who was seen on the bridge in New Hallglen Road when the incident happened at around 6 p.m. last Monday.
The car’s roof was damaged but the 28-year-old driver was unharmed. Police are appealing for witnesses.
A spokesperson for Forth Valley Division Police Scotland said: “Dropping anything from a bridge onto traffic below is extremely dangerous and reckless.
“It damages vehicles, can hurt people and cause a serious collision. We urge anyonewho was in the area around this time to come forward.”
The car was driving in the direction of Hallglen Primary School when it was struck.
The girl is described being around 10-years-old, four feet tall and was wearing a pink tracksuit top.
