Police vans and officers were still in the area just before 10am this morning, having cordoned off the top of the pathway at Tinto Drive and the section leading to Scougall Street.
Nearby Garry Place has also reportedly been taped off.
The Falkirk Herald contacted Police Scotland earlier this morning but has yet to get a response.
