Police clampdown snares 25 Forth Valley dodgy drivers on Falkirk roads

Road policing officers have been out in force in the Falkirk recently stopping 25 vehicles for a wide variety of traffic offences.

According to Police Scotland, drivers who were caught committing the offences – which included driving without insurance, driving on drugs, using their mobile phone while driving and driving with a dangerously overloaded vehicle – have all been reported to the procurator fiscal and will now face a fine, points on their licence or, in the most extreme cases, disqualification for months or even years.
