Paedophile caught with horrific child pornography awaits sentence
Paul McIndoer’s collection of vile pornography also included more than 100 images of youngsters being sexually abused and a further 153 less extreme indecent images of children.
McIndoer, 31, pled guilty today to taking or making indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children by downloading porn.

Hide AdLivingston Sheriff Court was told he committed the offence at his home in Manse Road, Torphichen between August 25 and September 25, 2015.
Sheriff Peter Hammond ordered that his name be added to the sex offenders’ register with immediate effect.
Details of the offence will also be passed to Scottish Ministers under legislation aimed at protecting vulnerable groups.
Jimmy Robertson, prosecuting, said that police acting on intelligence had gone to McIndoer’s home armed with a search warrant.

Hide AdThey seized his laptop computer, which was forensically examined by police IT experts.
On the hard drive they found three video films and 212 images classified as category A, involving penetrative sexual activity, sexual activity with an animal or sadism.
McIndoer also had 121 category B images showing non-penetrative sexual activity with children and 152 classed as category C – indecent images, not falling into the other two categories.
He was released on bail with special conditions relating to internet use and contact with children under 16.
The sheriff called for social work background reports and told Mcindoer he would pass sentenced on 16 March 2017.
