Offender's good behaviour not tarnished by Falkirk court no show

Ryan Glencross (28) failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded to threatening behaviour – shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence – at an address in Salmon Inn Road, Polmont on July 29 last year.

The court heard Glencross had his sentence deferred for six months to be of good behaviour.

Sheriff Derek Livingston noted Glencross, 387 Kinfairns Drive, Drumchapel, had been of good behaviour over the period and – despite his non appearance at court – admonished him in his absence.
