Offender caught dealing cocaine at Falkirk Central Retail Park
Kate McCarthy (33) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having being found guilty at trial of being concerned in the supply of class A drug cocaine in Falkirk Central Retail Park on January 5 last year.

Sheriff Derek Livingston placed McCarthy, 70 Sandway, Crossgates, Leeds, on a supervised community payback order for two years and made her subject to a restriction of liberty order, meaning she must remain in her home between 7pm and 7am for the next six months.
Her case was transferred to Leeds.
