Offender attacked man at Falkirk homeless hostel

An arrest warrant has been granted for a man who committed an assault at a homeless hostel.

William Reid, 45, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to punching another man on the head at Castings Hostel, Falkirk on October 19, 2020.

He has also admitted behaving in an aggressive manner and shouting and swearing at the Castings Avenue facility.

Reid committed the offences while on bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday but failed to show.

A warrant was granted for his arrest.
