OAP given unpaid work for fraud
Margaret Cummings (63), 56 Newbiggin Road, Grangemouth, has four months to complete 60 hours unpaid work as part of a community order imposed for benefits fraud.
Falkirk Sheriff Court heard Cummings conned the Department for Work and Pensions out of £4200 of disability living allowance.
Her lawyer said Cummings has made arrangements to pay it back.
