Dineley, 10 Bankier Terrace, Banknock, appeared from custody at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted three charges of behaving in a threatening manner in Hawthorn Drive, Dunipace on November 10.

The court heard Dineley was someone who “over uses” alcohol to the extent he has little recollection of events.

He also has a “dim view” of police officers and is “difficult to say the least”.

Sheriff Derek Livingston sentenced Dineley to prison for 378 days back dated to November 11.
