Man was in possession of a knife
A man who admitted being in possession of a knife in a public place has had his sentence deferred until May 2.
Robert McMillan (59), of 5 The Maltings,Tullibody, had previously admitted that on January 9 last year at Shillinghill, Alloa he had been in possession of a knife without reasonable excuse or lawful authority.
Sentence was deferred to call before Sheriff Mundy.
