Man threatens Falkirk Council staff
Grant Caldwell (33), 110 Portal Road, Grangemouth, threatened staff working at Falkirk Council's social work department in Hope Street,
At Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday he was placed on a supervised community order for nine months for his behaviour.
The court was told that since that offence Caldwell had been jailed on another matter and released. Defence lawyer Martin Morrow claimed: “He’s a changed man.”
