Man is released without charge
A man arrested for a sexual assault was released without charge this week.
The 31-year-old was arrested last Thursday in connection with the crime which took place last month.
The incident happened outside a block of flats in Falkirk’s Wallace Street on September 3. The Crown Office confirmed the man was released from custody pending further investigation. A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
