Man caught in Camelon with cannabis and heroin

Robert McPhee (60) was stopped and searched by police and found to have a large quantity of class A and class B drugs.

Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, McPhee had admitted possessing 167 grams of cannabis resin, worth around £800, and 0.6 grams of heroin, worth around £60, in Nailer Road, Camelon on August 8 last year.

Sheriff Derek Hamilton placed him on a restriction of liberty order to remain in his 112 Greenfield Street, Alloa home between 3pm and 3am for three months.
