Man broke into Greggs Bakery in Bainsford to steal food

Darren Wallace (36), 61 Bantaskine Street, Falkirk, failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to breaking into Greggs Bakery, at Lidl, Carron Road, Bainsford, and stealing food on February 27 last year.

Defence solicitor Gordon Addison said Wallace had been in touch since his liberation from custody.

Sheriff Derek Livingston continued the case for one week to Thursday, July 30 for Wallace’s personal appearance and stated a warrant would be issued for his arrest if he failed to appear on that occasion.
