A man is alleged to have entered a pub and assaulted three customers.

Colin Daffurn (34) was arrested by police outside The Auld Vic in Grahams Road, Falkirk, at around 6.30pm on Saturday.

Daffurn, of 54 Argyll Avenue, Falkirk, is said to have gone into the bar while under the influence of alcohol, attacked three others who were inside the bar and stolen a mobile phone.

He appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday and entered no plea to the charges against him.

Daffurn was remanded in custody.
