Gordon Teven (18) had been told to remain in his 22 Forgie Crescent, Maddiston between the hours of 7pm and 7am, but police found him in the village’s California Road outside those hours on July 5 last year.

Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, Teven had previously admitted an assault, while acting with others, in Inchyra Road, Grangemouth on December 18, 2018 and another assault and theft of alcohol in the Spar store, Newhouse Road, Grangemouth, on February 19, 2019.

During the first assault, Teven repeatedly punched his victim on the head and the second assault saw him punch a Spar employee.

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence on Teven for six months until July 22 for a community payback order progress report and a supplementary criminal justice social work to be compiled.
