Maddiston teen attacked and injured victim

Gordon Teven (19) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted assaulting and injuring a man at an address in Parkhall Drive, Maddiston on November 11, 2020.

The charge stated Teven repeatedly punched and kicked the man to the head and body and knocked him to the ground during the attack.

Sheriff Christopher Shead placed Teven, 22 Forgie Crescent, Maddiston, on a community payback order with the condition he complete 135 hours unpaid work with a period of 12 months.
