Low point of '˜legal' highs

Carr, of no fixed abode, admitted breaking into a house in Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth on May 22 last year and stealing money, a lap top and other items. The case was adjourned until March 23 for a drugs assessment. Carr, who was in custody, was released on bail until that date.
