Liam Gallagher fails to attend Falkirk Sheriff Court

Falkirk offender Liam Gallagher’s legal representatives misunderstood his need to appear in person at court last Thursday.

Gallagher had already pleaded guilty to an assault in Grahams Road, Falkirk on July 14, 2019.

His non appearance at court was explained by his solicitor Simon Hutchison.

"Someone in my office told him he didn’t need to attend,” said Mr Hutchison.

“So he was acting on legal advice, but maybe not the best legal advice.”

The case was continued to the following day for his personal appearance.
