Joseph Haggerty (26), 271 Grahamsdyke Street, appeared before Sheriff Mundy at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

He had previously admitted offences, which took place on August 3, including driving a car without a licence and insurance, and colliding with another vehicle damaging it, failing to stop and give details.

He was placed on a community payback order with supervision for 12 months and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work within nine months.
