Allan Scott (33), 7 Kenilworth Drive, Laurieston, admitted being concerned in the supply of the class A drug in Mariner Street, Camelon, his home and elsewhere.
He was stopped in his vehicle by police on September 18, 2019 when the haul was found.
Scott told officers he and friends had “clubbed together” to buy it. His solicitor said Scott had got a “shock”.
He was fined £1000, due to it being his first drugs offence.
