Langlees thief fails to attend court again

A thief who failed to attend court on an earlier occasion because he had pneumonia was a no show again.

Christopher Roy (35), 9 Tay Street, Langlees, had previously admitted stealing beauty products from Falkirk Central Retail Park’s Range shop on February 8.

Defence solicitor Gordon Addison told the court he had no explanation for Roy’s non appearance, but did say he previously suffered from pneumonia.

Sheriff Richard MacFarlane continued the case for two weeks to April 1 for Roy’s personal appearance.
