Langlees teenager jailed for six months over attack on man in street

A thug who punched and kicked a man in a street has been jailed.

Kieran Macrae (19), 25 Dunkeld Place, Langlees, assaulted his victim in Seaforth Road, Langlees on January 19, all to his injury, while he was on bail.

Falkirk Sheriff Court heard the man was left with a swollen eye and ear but didn’t require medication.

Sheriff Derek Hamilton referenced Macrae’s “extensive, appalling record” before imprisoning him for six months, backdated to January 20.
