However, visiting Sheriff Richard MacFarlane took pity on him and – instead of issuing a warrant for his arrest – continued the case for two weeks to April 1 and Keen’s personal appearance on that date.
Keen had already pleaded guilty to the breach of the peace he committed at his 64 Seaforth Road, Langlees home on November 14 last year, when he shouted, swore and made threats of violence.
