Andrew Cairns (32), 5 Morar Drive, Langlees, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted the breach he committed by entering Millbank Terrace, Maddiston on November 11 last year.

Procurator fiscal depute Katie Cunningham said: “The accused and the witness had been in a relationship for five years and have three children together. Police had gone to the address due to concerns for the accused to see if he was safe and well.

"He was found hiding behind a cupboard door in a bedroom.”
