'Immobile' Redding offender unable to attend court

Aubrey Christian (53) failed to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner towards his ex partner in Aitken Crescent, Redding on April 13 and gesticulating in an offensive manner in Glamis Gardens, Polmont on May 14.

The court heard Christian, 37 Thomson Drive, Redding, was ”immobile” due to an problem with his knee.

Sheriff Derek Livingston continued the case for six weeks to September 2 for a criminal justice social work report and restriction of liberty assessment.
