Lowden, 38 Johnston Avenue, Stenhousemuir, admitted the assault he committed in Craigleith Road, Grangemouth, on February 12, but was not at court last Thursday. It was stated he had been in hospital rcently. An arrest warrant was issued.
Hit partner and threw urine at her during Grangemouth assault
William Lowden (53) attacked his partner by punching her and then throwing a quantity of urine over her.
