Harley Smith: Man charged in connection with Falkirk crash which killed 16-year-old cyclist

A 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with a crash in Falkirk in which 16-year-old cyclist Harley Smith was killed

Floral tributes have been left at Laurieston Parish Church for Grangemouth teenager Harley Smith.

The man charged will appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court later today (Thursday), police have confirmed

Harley was from Grangemouth and was riding his bike on Polmont Road on November 6 last year when he was hit by a silver Mercedes.

The teenager died at the scene.
