Grangemouth woman to discover punishment over police incident

A woman who behaved threateningly towards police will learn her punishment this month.

Theresa Townsley (39), 174 Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday after shouting and swearing at police and conducting herself in an aggressive manner at her home on September 24 while on bail.

Her defence solicitor told Sheriff Derek Livingston that Townsley was due to have contact with her children and a background report would be available in two weeks’ time.
