Forbes Johnston (36), who was released from custody in December, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from the Spar store, Charlotte Dundas Court, Grangemouth on February 24 last year and threatening behaviour, kicking a door in Poplar Street, Grangemouth on June 8, 2020.
Johnston, 56 Inchyra Place, on a supervised community payback order for 18 months with the condition attend for drug treatment.
