Grangemouth offender told to stump up cash for ripping out neighbour's security light

Stephen MacGrain (51) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having admitted damaging property in Jackson Avenue, Grangemouth, on November 15 last year.

It was stated he pulled the wire from the external security light and damage it.

The court heard the matter involved a neighbour and the damage amounted to £50.

MacGrain, 25 Jackson Avenue, Grangemouth was said to have been of good behaviour since the offence.

Sheriff Derek Livingston ordered him to pay his neighbour £50 compensation at a rate of £5 per week.
