Grangemouth offender tells ex: ‘You’ve turned the wean against me’

McPhee, 214 Kersiebank Avenue, Grangemouth, also pled guilty to breaching his bail by contacting his former partner in Kingseat Avenue, Grangemouth on October 29, 2019. Procurator fiscal depute Katie Cunningham said: “It was midnight and the complainer saw the accused outside and thereafter heard a loud banging and glass being smashed. The accused was seen staggering away from the address with his dog.”

Later McPhee breached his bail by contact his ex and saying hello to his son, who told McPhee he didn’t want to see him.

McPhee then stated: “You’ve turned the wean against me.”

Martin Morrow, defence solictor, said: “He now sees the relationship had come to an end.”

Sheriff Derek Livingston placed McPhee on a restriction of liberty order to remain in his home between 7pm and 7am for the next two months. He also made him subject to a non-harassment order for two years, preventing him from contacting his ex partner and entering Cultenhove Crescent, Grangemouth.
