John Sweeny (36) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner, shouting, swearing and damaging property in Kingseat Avenue, Grangemouth on July 26 last year.

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence for six months until July 22 to allow Sweeny, 67 Kings Road, Grangemouth, to continue his community payback order and be of good behaviour.
