Grangemouth man who assaulted woman has sentence deferred
A man who assaulted his partner by seizing hold of her body, pushing her and struggling with her had his sentence deferred last Thursday.
Martin Bell (41), 1 Brooke Street, Grangemouth, carried out the offence at Vicar Street, Falkirk on May 5.
Sheriff Livingston called for reports to be available when the case recalls on November 14.
