Grangemouth couple's relationship 'not good for either of them'

A couple described as not being “good” for each other proved it when one sent threatening texts to the other.

David Kennedy, 118 Lumley Street, Grangemouth, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having admitted behaving in a threatening manner in Stevenson Street, Grangemouth on July 26 last year.

Lynn Swan, defence solicitor said: “The relationship is now over. They realised it was not good for either of them.”

Sheriff Christopher Shead deferred sentence on Kennedy until December 17 for reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
