Four OCG men arrested and jailed for total of 13 years following Falkirk drug raids
Drugs with a street value of £300,000 and four organised crime gang dealers have now been removed from the Forth Valley area following a series of Police Scotland raids.
During 2019 and 2020, officers recovered cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of £300,000 across Forth Valley.
Four men – Guy Boyd (28), Ryan Brookes (24), Scott McLean (23) and Graeme Shields (31) – were targeted as part of an intelligence-led operation into the supply of Class A drugs and now they have been put behind bars for a combined total of 13 years for their crimes.
Detective Inspector Nick Brookfield, of Police Scotland's Organised Crime Unit, said: “Keeping our communities safe and making the country a hostile environment for organised criminality remains an absolute priority for us.
"Boyd, Brookes, McLean and Shields formed principle roles in this organised crime group. They sourced, couriered and gained from this criminal activity and I welcome the sentences handed to them by the court.”
