Former Polmont inmate ordered to be of good behaviour following assault

A former inmate who attacked a man in HMYOI Polmont has again been ordered to be of good behaviour.

Robbie Graham, 22, 124 Shieldhall Road, Glasgow, repeatedly punched his victim to the head and body at the facility on October 12, 2018.

Graham was scheduled to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

However, he failed to show and his defence solicitor said they hadn’t seen him.

The solicitor added: “He’s working now and I left a message with his mother that he should be here today.”

Sheriff Christopher Shead noted the case had been continued for Graham to be of good behaviour.

His solicitor said: “There was one matter last month for a Section 38, resisting arrest. I haven’t been able to speak with him about it.”

Rachel Wallace, procurator fiscal depute, confirmed the matter has yet to be dealt with.

Sentence was deferred until June 17 for Graham to be of good behaviour.
